We are located in the charming town of Columbia, which was ranked #4 out of the 100 "Best Places to Live" in the U.S. by Money Magazine (2006 survey). With nearby access to I-495, I-95 and public transportation (Howard and Maryland Transit), it's an easy commute to Baltimore and DC from our community.
Take in the National Monuments of Washington or make your way to Baltimore's Inner Harbor, Fells Point and Little Italy. Check out the Maryland Science Center, National Aquarium, Zoo and one of many professional sporting events.

Our apartments are located in the Howard County Public School District, a school system that consistently ranks as Maryland's top school district based on student performance. More than 90% of graduates continue beyond high school. Our schools include Phelphs Luck Elementary, Mayfield Middle and Long Reach High School.
Local options for older students include University of Baltimore, University of Maryland (Baltimore), John Hopkins University, and the Maryland Institute College of Art.
